Default Hello from Pip.

Hello,

Just a quick introduction.

I have always been interested in all things military. I served as a TA Soldier, and had the honour to be called up.

I collect all things. Only just started on badges. I have a number of medals. Edged weapons and trench art.

I look forward to sharing my interested with the from and to be guided by your combined knowledge.

Regards,

Phil.

Welcome Pip to the forum. Does the RE refer to anything? ie Royal Engineers etc?

Jerry.

Welcome Pip RE. Fairly sure the RE is for "Really Energetic" which has nothing to do with "Sappers".

RE

It is for Royal Engineer.

Good morning Mr Stevens,

Those were the days. Air support. A lot of tin kicking.

Hi Phil,

Welcome to the forum and thank you for your service.

Lots of great chaps here and knowledgable ones too, so I'm sure you will find it a grand place.

Cheers, Roy.

It's a very egalitarian site here mate. We welcome Stabs with open arms.
