Default RAF BADGE/SWEETHEART

I took a fancy to a RAF badge on eBay and brought it. It is made of cast silver or WM with a brooch type fastening at the back. The pin is missing.
At the top there is a RAF eagle with Kings crown sitting on a pair of crossed rifles. Below this are the letters S A W with the A being slightly bigger, below the A is a small C (see attached photo's)
Can any of our RFC/RAF guru's tell me any thing about this badge especially the letters please?

The crown, eagle, crossed rifles is the badge of the RAF Small Arms Association.

Hi Jerry, could it be for the Station, as RAF Coltishall, or RAF Cosford, or COOKS!
