A possible starting point would be the Charlton Standard Catalogue of First World War Infantry Badges, which indicates the following manufacturers of the General List Badge: Lees, Roden, Scully and Tiptaft.
However, you could also take a look at Chris Brooker's WW1 CEF Insignia, Part 1 Introduction between pages 17-48 (hosted on the Canadian Soldiers web site) for a more detailed description of the General List badges (cap, collar and shoulder title), which can be found at:
