ebay Packlink International

HI all,
A UK seller who has never posted overseas has send me an inovice with postage by ebay Packlink International. Is that safe/reliable?

I have always used Royal Mail Tracked/Signed For for the last 10 years while buying from the UK, and have told him to send via Royal Mail only.

Is Packlink Ok? safe? tracable?

They appear to be a part of MyHermes. MyHermes in my opinion are a shockingly bad company.

Packlink appears to be a 'middle man' organisation , it processes orders , prints labels and should give you an option about which carrier to use.

"In the UK, Packlink is supported by UPS."

How do I choose which carrier to use for my shipment?

Thanks for the replies guys.

I will stick to Royal Mail International Tracked and have asked the seller to give me a quote accordingly. He has never sent stuff to India or anywhere overseas before so is not sure what to do I think.
