Default Button identification please, possibly not military

Any thoughts please? I am thinking that it might illustrate an off duty Britannia who, having put her trident back in its case and having bought a laurel branch in lieu of a bunch of flowers has gone to see her dear old dad in his care home. At this stage of course, this is mere conjecture.
