Default Levels/Ranking

Hi, I have just been wondering how the system works for the 'rank' you get under your name. Is it based on number of posts or is there a moderator influence on it. I'm especially confused by the higher ranks e.g badge guru, lypao boff, super moderator etc

This is the first and only forum I have joined so I am sure that somebody will be happy to put me straight on how this works.

Many thanks

Phil

It's just a "bit of fun".

1000 posts = badge guru and it's automatic.

the other specialist titles, ie "lypao boff" are moderator set.

We need something witty for 10,000 posts, assuming we are around long enough for someone to reach that milestone (millstone?)

How about:

"used to have a life".

Or " survived Counsel for the Defence".

Or " Divorcee"

Or " Retired"

Witty? Maybe not, but tongue in cheek all the same

Ry

I think 'King' should do it.
10,0000 post would take about 6 years at 5 mins a post.

If I post a hello to all the '3,785 Members ' it will be a good start.....

Derrick

10,000 posts could be 'lord of the badges'

I get it now, glad I started this thread as it seems to have created some amusement.

Cheers guys,

Phil
