A Korean Veteran of Canada
For the last nine or ten years I have been trying to trace a man named Hugh Jones to tell him what a fantastic difference an act of kindness of his made to a young lad in Zimbabwe. That young lad is now a Chartered Accountant and a very successful business man.
Hugh and I made contact in the 1980's by correspondence and found thirty years earlier we had both used the Nuffield Centre, London, at the same time. I believe Hugh was very active in the formation of a Korean Veterans Association in Vancouver, he having served in Korea with the Royal Engineers before moving to Canada. If anybody knows him then please tell him a Hwange/Bulawayo bloke named John is trying to locate him to bring him up to date over a young lad named Paul, and ask him to PM me. Many thanks, johnG Last edited by johnG; 06-11-12 at 07:15 PM. |

HiJohn you might try to get in touch with KVAC and ask for their help.

Thanks Jo, I believe I emailed these people a couple of years ago but received no reply. I'll give it another try. Thanks for the suggestion.
