COMMANDO TITLE CONCERN,HELP
Recently purchased a pair of navy commando titles red on black/dark blue.The black/dark blue backing appears red or rusty under a black light. I have a set of wartime Canada titles red on black that look fine under a black light. Vender has told me British manufacturers sometimes used rayon and silko which should explain the color change. Does that make any sense or are these repo's.
