Belgian Army in Northern Ireland
I am writing an article for The Formation Sign, Journal of the Military Herladry Society on the Belgian formations trained in Northern Ireland in 1945.
I have been unable to find an example of the badge worn by the 6th Belgian Infantry Brigade, the design of which reflects the service of its battalions with the Canadian Army and the British I Corps. A drawing is attached. Can anyone provide me with a scan of the real thing please? Jon |

Some images here: http://www.be4046.eu/Deynse.htm (although watermarked so would need to contact owner for use and hopefully get them without watermark - see image attached).
Some great insignia images on the website by the looks of it, and most comprehensive

It is a hard patch to come by, even here in Belgium!
I am still searching for pair to complete my display. |
