Unusual Somerset shoulder title.

I am not sure of the origin of this shoulder title, it may not be military. It is very small and has a brooch fitting. I have photographed it beneath a regular Somerset plus hunting horn shoulder title to give you an idea of its size.

Any thoughts welcome.

I was aware of the Red Cross three part shoulder titles, but I think that their county names are bigger than my example and have lugs.

As mine has a brooch fitting it might have been an unknown type of sweetheart badge or something else entirely.
