62nd Foot (Wiltshire) bandsman's collar badge
Tentatively identified as a bandsman's collar badge worn by the 62nd Foot between 1873 and 1881 (Churchill 1498). It doesn't look like a hen's tooth but it may be small enough, measuring only 22mm x 22mm.
Churchill does point out that the Maltese Cross was adopted by other units so a confirmation of my opinion would be appreciated before I decide whether or not to dispose of it, Wiltshire being beyond my area of collecting. Stephen. |

62 Foot
It certainly does look identical to the Qld badge, but no comparison sizes known.
