Default PEILH embroidered title

I thought that someone would have mentioned this title. It is not a SWW pattern, note the backing material which was not available until the 1980's. The lettering is uneven and not in the pattern used during the war. http://www.ebay.com/itm/251510582905...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Default Good spot Bill

I'm no expert but doesn't look right to me. Does anyone on here have a SWW period one to illustrate/

The auction ended early with this notice:

On Apr-26-14 at 11:05:23 PDT, seller added the following information:

**IMPORTANT** I have been informed, reliably, that this title is post-war period (probably 1970s). I will be cancelling the auction in a few hours, once the numerous bidders have had a chance to see this notation. My apologies, and thank you for your understanding.

I think the vendor deserves a Bravo Zulu from the collecting community for being up front and honest.
Many thanks.

Phil

Agreed. The vendor had a good reputation prior to this listing, and has enhanced it with this action. Score one for integrity.
