Default SAS wings
Mark,

Interesting picture. The wings are standard SAS wings. Once you have earned them, you can keep wearing them, also after leaving the Regiment.

Can a medal expert identify his medals? There seems to be a curious lack of Campaign Service Medal with bar Northern Ireland!
