Default Manner cost nothing!!

Andy,

I find your post which merely says 'Removed' both unduly abrupt and offensive...surley the more genteel 'Deleted' would have been more becoming an officer and a gentleman.

Stephen.

I find the fact that I cannot see Andy's gripe unduly abrupt and offensive. Sort it out!

I am sorry if I've upset anyone! I removed the contents myself as it was posted after a particularly bad day and after a run in with a particularly rude individual (not a Forum Member I would add). The point of my thread was a gentle poke at those who are slow to reply, I have had PMs off a few members, who the thread was not aimed at directly!

My point is a general one and not aimed at anyone in particular!! As the Thread states "Manners Cost Nothing", far too often threads finish at a loose end! Some posters having been proven wrong or a tad inacurate, fail to reply, even if to acknowledge the fact that they are not a clever as they might think! I takes guts to admit an error and shows lack of character not too respond when someone points out an inacuracy!

Have a great weekend everyone... I just hope there are lots of Dented Chariots heading East along the M4 later this evening!

Andy

Quite funny really: one of the few instances known to mankind of a thread running backwards.

Keep it up, we will get to the point eventually.

Have a nice evening on the M4.

Indeed Andy. I am always some what disappointed by the hospitality shown in this hobby. Even though I had no intention of making a purchase at the Rolex Shop in Saudi they always offer me a chilled orange juice. I've never had an orange juice offered to me once at a militaria fair! Orange juices go a long way too!

JJ,
I tried the Orange Juice with my sale but got complaints that it made the Jiffy bags soggy and sticky ..

Well done England by the way!!!

Andy, being in Berkshire last night we could hear all the 'Welshmen' returning home down the M4 (to London where they all seem to live), crying. The English supporters came back this morning. Apparently that is what happens when your rugger team wins...
