Default Royal Scots (sort of)

While not a "cap badge" (be a mighty heavy badge if it was..) I thought this might interest some.

A French Eagle, the inspiration for the RSG badge. I snapped this when up in Paris recently. It, along with 2 others, now nest in the Musée de l'Armée.

Very nice. Thanks for showing. I take it "snapped up" refers to acquiring the object and then passing to the Musée ?
