Default New arrival today: South Yemen Police beret badge

Good afternoon

I thought I’d share this new addition to my collection, particularly for those with an interest in Colonial/post-Colonial insignia. It is a police beret badge used in the People's Democratic Republic of Yemen, also known as South Yemen (formerly Aden), which existed from 1967 until it merged with the Yemen Arab Republic (North Yemen) in 1990 to form the present-day Yemen. It was manufactured by “J.R. Gaunt London”.
