Default Liverpool Scottish Cloth S/T-Period

I bought this today. It's an original Liverpool Scottish cloth S/T but what period does it originate from? It has many features I associated with WW1 period cloth Insignia but I assume this pattern of title was worn post WW1. Advice and expert opinion welcomed.

thanks

Mark

Mark,

Until an expert comes along ,these are my Liverpool Scottish cloth titles. They are longer than you would expect and yours is like my top one ( I think both mine came from Bosleys at different times ) and I also think ( need to get it out of the frame ) that the back of mine is similar to the back of yours.

I have not seen any photos of these cloth titles being worn before or after The Great War so I have always assumed ( subject to seeing evidence to the contrary ) that they were only worn during WW1.

I am not sure how clear this WW1 photo of the title being worn will be.

Hope this is of some use.

Regards

Peter

Hopefully the title may be clearer in this photo.
