BEF Recreational Training Medallion

Hello All,

I’ve had this BEF Recreational Training medallion for a while and don’t know what it was awarded for. It has been well polished over the years and doesn’t appear to have any markings on the side with the laurel wreath. Below the words Recreational Training I can just about make out 10 GUN DEPOT in a faint stamping, and below that probably 7 L.C.C. ? ? and R
