Phil, it reminds me of a Pegasus patch I once owned. It didn't sell for much as it was not the best known pattern but I liked it regardless and I believed it to be genuine.

Hello Luc, i am pretty certain both these are genuine they came in a huge lot of clothes i bought in the mid 70s from well out side the dealers circle,i am interested to know what period they are from,thanks for your comments,regards Phil.

Phil, your Peggy is from the 50's. I've an identicle pair on a 9 SQN RE 1953 BD jacket. Don't know anything about the AAC badge but it is probably the same period and looks great.

That is not conclusive, I have a 1952 dated blouse with wartime pattern shoulder titles, wings and Pegasus patches on it.

Thanks for that TSI, i think you are spot on,the AAC is quite large and pukka and i havn't seen another but they must be about.Luc maybe your blouse belonged to an old sweat who soldier'd on and kept his originals up, just a thought.Regards Phil.

Not sure of the date, but the AAC Eagle is one of the early ones that were once worn by ALL members of the AAC on the BD and later green combats.
