UK N°1 dress wing?

Dear all, I have my doubts this is are UK wings looking at the fabric used as a background (looks more like a working dress cloth). Rather large : from wingtip to wingtip 10cm, height parachute 3 cm. But then again, where does these come from? Any idea?
