Default Unusual lugs
I bought this one today HM 1903, first one i have seen with 4 lugs but i still believe it is a bonnet badge, any thoughts

They look like the ends of issued split pins! Lovely badge all the same.

I don't mean you ?? I can only find one reference in Bloomer's where they just say, Officers' 1900 but what a cracking acqisition.

Thanks Dave,
I have another which is HM 1941 the fretting is very similar but it has 2 lugs so i am puzzled by the 4 lugs maybe a safety measure ???
