Default 1806 Sandwich Volunteer Artillery Shoulder Belt Plate SOLD

Sandwich Volunteer Artillery shoulder belt plate. Circa 1806. Measures approximately 7 cm (H) by 5.2 cm (W). Not my area of collecting but a very interesting item nonetheless. According to what I could find, there were only 30 members of this unit (see the last few images). Someone told me there is another example on display in a museum in Ramsgate. In good worn condition. Asking 500 pounds + post. It's located in Holland but can be posted from the UK if the buyer prefers. PM if interested and thanks for looking. SOLD

Des very nice item not in my collecting sphere ,but I would consider it a cheap item. The last one that I purchased same period to the regiment that I collect to was over £800
