Question White metal KC and laurel wreath

I have just bought with a job lot a white metal KC and laurel wreath as worn by warrant officers, this is the first I have seen in white metal and I am presuming this was worn by members of the Volunteer force before 1908.

Could members please confirm this or do I have something else?

Rob

Default White metal KC and laurel wreath

Thanks Simon, I always thought Rifles wore blackened badges, interesting.
