centre is a copy it should be fretted out thses were made in the 1980s but the back plate looks ok

Looks like it never had the central 4th loop on the HPC. Nice plate though.

To the best of my knowledge and I don't know why, Scottish HPC's didn't have four hoop lugs, only three ??
