Default Warwickshire Yeomanry?

Hi All
Is this a WY cap badge? It stands about 32mm high.
Cheers,
Alex

...both hind feet down, to me, is indicative of IY. The lettering is chisled .... a good sign for me. Is it Yeomanry though?

I would expect to see "Warwickshire IY" on the scroll?

I have similar, not quite the same, 35mm high x 29mm wide, I've never been sure if its military or a civilian badge.

I've only got the 1st edition, but then I hav'nt looked at that for years.
I got the badge a few years ago, given its design I didn't hold out much hope for its chances it being military- but of course, it would've been nice if it was.

Hi Guys
That's awesome, thanks for the ID. Mine may also be 35mm high, I didn't have anything to measure it when I posted so took an educated guess.
I'll measure it when I get a chance.
Cheers,
Alex
