Opinions - Mount St. Louis Cadets Cap Badge
Hi Gents,
I have just had this Mount St Louis turn up. Not had one of these before and now that it is in hand some details look very slightly different than my references. Not sure if it's just my skeptical nature or what. However I would value someone with more experience of this badge to glance an eye over the render an option? Cheers, Roy.

Any thoughts gentlemen?
Is it a keeper or should I send it packing..? Cheers, Roy.

Hi Roy. Cadet badges are a specialist area. The badge you show is certainly attractive, but that is a bit of a question in itself. Here is a link to the RC Army Cadet site that has an image of the badge. http://www.armycadethistory.com/Cade...B/db_cc_30.htm

Hi Bill,
Thanks so much for that very helpful. I also just heard back from a friend who has a few of these. Apparently this is a later example (not that scarce) the earlier ones have a slightly different finish and lugs, so fits in with the link you shared. So end result is this is a good one just not early. Cheers, Roy.
