Badges of the Empire's Waggoners
Hello Admin,
I hope this doesn't cause a problem, but I have tried to forward it in a PM, but can't. This is a flyer (Advertisment) that has been released in most of the UK's Militaria Fairs. I have placed it here due to being unable to send it in a PM to Philip Herring who is in Canada, and may like to forward it to others over there. Another good reason for joining the Military Heraldry Society is that David Kellock attends the meetings in Derby and Holmes Chapel and often brings items from his collection to display.

I'm probably just telling old news, but I noticed a couple of days ago (and ordered a copy) that there's now a "Supplement to Badges of the Empire's Waggoners", a 2022 update of 200-odd pages of additional images and information to the original 2014 publication.
I've no link to the publications or sellers, but I note that Abe Books is offering the original "Badges of the Empire's Waggoners" at around £110, both volumes £50 the pair on ebay, the Supplement by itself at £30 on ebay. |

Thanks Leigh, I hadn't known (or perhaps had forgotten) about the supplement.
Always good when somebody publishes something because it tends to drag out other stuff. Good to see you back on board. Keith |

Does anyone know any details about "Badges of the Commonwealth's Loggies" by Michael McHenry and David Kellock, published this year?
Does it include material not already published in "The Empire's Wagonners" of 2014 and "Supplement to Badges of the Empire's Waggoners" of 2022 or is it a condensed version of material already in those books? |

Thanks, I'd spotted that, just wondering whether it's worth getting (though not at that price, for me) or whether it's contents are just "excerpts" from the previous books.

Any Australian content?
The only service corps badges I collect are Australian and I have actually been considering posting an Album on them, having just found an early variant that I didn't know existed.
Does the book have a good Australian section? Thanks |
