Mike,

I also have a KRRC volunteer badge that I know is a restrike and has the ENGLAND mark on the back. I have just measured the letters and they are also 1/16 high. I'm beginning to detect a theme here.
Mike if you want to add this to the makers marks section you are welcome. I know this one is fake because it was in a box with 12 others at £2 each.
