Default PPCLI - officers

For all those Patricia fans, any idea what the "P" on the back of the badge on the left represents? (some sort of pipers badge?)

Badges are the exact same size, on the right we have an officers cap badge, original screw posts, marked "SCULLY LTD MONTREAL" "sterling"

thanks!

P is for "plated" as opposed to your Scully marked example which would be solid silver (.925 Sterling). Both nice badges.
