RADC lanyard
Tony,
Yes probably, as on the Service Dress. If the jackets belonged to the same officer he may have only had one lanyard! Lanyard in green like this, the one on the SD seems faded. Tim

He was promoted to Captain 09/05/58
Officers with specific specialist qualifications might be commissioned Second Lieutenant then promoted Lieutenant on the same day. Then promoted acting Captain shortly after. Tim
