I dont know anything about this pin/badge. Im from Holland.
Do you know more about it? What is a sweetheart pin? Is it a real one and from ww1 or 2?

Sweetheart pins are items given to girlfriends or mothers or sisters of servicemen. They were often converted military badges. The style of the one you have is the First WW general list badge, but that type of badge was used through the 1950's.

Bill has it. It lloks like a Canadian GS badge which has been enamelled to turn it into a 'sweetheart'. What size is it? Could originally have been a cap badge or collar badge, depending on the size.

I have a couple of these small badges. About 3/16" high, pinback. Either a very small sweetheart badge or a lapel pin. Likely of First World War vintage. Not an Army issued badge, not a copy of a collar badge either - this is a distinct die made for the purpose of creating this souvenir pin.
