Lightbulb unknown Badges

Hi Everyone, Got these badges and looking to identify them, one has a makers name Dowler Brimingham. I think some maybe Scottish. Many thanks for any help.

I don't even know how I know this but.....the last badge was worn by The Bolsover Colliery Brass Band.

It may also have been worn by the Brigade but it was also worn by the band too. Possibly one of those generic local/municipal badges ?

Edited to add - The Badge depicts the “corporate”. ( rather than family ) crest of the Duke of Portland who owned (amongst many other things) Bolsover Colliery . His family home was at Welbeck and he owned large parts of the “Dukeries. I suspect that the Boys Brigade and Colliery Band were only two of many organisations to wear this badge ...

I like your OVS badge, a British made example, there were some German made, but, certainly not as nice, a lucky and scarce find, me thinks!
