Default Unknown Oman Western Border Sy Force Badge

Got this one today thinking it was a normal size WBSF cap badge but when it arrived it is approx the same size as A&SH badge!

It's very well made and gilt

Does anyone have any ideas ab to its use? (Cross belt maybe?)

Thanks, Bill

As far as I know that is the correct size, there is also a white (silver) metal version.

Thanks Marc,

it certainly is a beast of a badge if worn on a beret!!

Bill,

This badge and the Coastal Security Force (also large sized) wore a Balmoral bonnet in a greenish Khaki shade.
