All I have is the 145th Alwar (Jai Paltan) Infantry, created 1918 from Imperial State Troops and disbanded in 1919.

Is it possible to post an image of the 145th Alwar Infy badge u mention?,The only image one has seen of the unit is a shoulder title worn by the unit and its illustrated in Capt Nath's splendid book : Sowars and Sepoys in the Great War, which mentions the unit and its brief deployment with the Indian Army.

I think there must have been at least one other Alwar Imperial Service Infantry regiment and there was a cavalry regiment, based on these few gleanings:

Indian Army List, July 1919, with War Services
https://archive.org/details/in.ernet...012/page/n1427 [SEE photo below]

“Here are all the Indian units listed by CWGC - those which suffered at least one casualty in WW1. The numbers in brackets are the numbers of names in the CWGC database for each unit.

1st Brahmans (119)
1st Duke of York's Lancers (Skinner's Horse) (34)…

142nd Jodhpur Infantry, Indian States Forces (17)
145th Alwar Infantry (1)

Alwar Infantry (29)
Alwar Lancers (12)”

Sorry, misunderstanding. With "all I have", I mean "all information I have". Not that I have a badge (though that could be an interpretation of what I said as this is in this badge forum).

Hi, I suggest you consult the book 'Maharaja's Paltans' by Richard Head and Tony McClenaghan. They have information about the units as well as images of known badges.
