The HAA regiments used (Mixed) in their title during the war as well. I don't know about searchlight regiments during the war, many of the SL batteries in Air Defence of Great Britain were entirely women. With apparently a carefully selected male soldier to crank the generator over for them at the site. Presumably the first use of eunuchs in the British Army!
