Default Unusual RFA brass title.

Can I ask for thoughts on this one?
I've seen a few of these over the years but don't recall then having the "V" notches under the letters and above the A.
Is it a standard pattern that someone took a file to?
Cheers Tony.

Amazing what a bit of boredom and a spare file can do.....

No doubt the wearer felt "special". Wonder if there was a "kit deficiency" or some penalty for altering Govt property?

Default Unusual RFA brass title.

I think I have a similar title, perhaps a fashionable thing to do when boredom struck.
