Cavalry Overalls for No1 Dress and Full Dress. Typically worn by the Bands of the 9th/12th Royal Lancers, Royal Scots Dragoon Guards and other cavalry regiments.

Looks like a manufactures sample or sealed pattern with the label missing (aka cotton cord)
