Default Please help - odds and sods

Greetings all. These were all part of a collection I recently bought. Are any of these military collectable items? The Lion rampant is 4cm high. All and any help appreciated. Cheers Alf

I think the rampant lion badge might be South African cadets.

Anthony,
You are aware of forum rules with asking for info and then selling items on your local auction site.

I see all the items you recently asked help with are all now listed on auction... tut tut...

Thank you for your comment and as you are very well aware, postage to and from South Africa is a dicey business at best. I was not aware that I was obliged to offer these items to the site only if I was asking for information.

Just so that you are aware for future reference....

If you plan on using the Forum membership to identify, date, or collect information to enhance the desirability of an item that you intend to sell, then please say so in your first post on the subject.

Hi. I am a little concerned about posting using our Post Office at the moment as it appears to be a bit hit and miss. For example I won an auction on Ebay in the UK and its been over a month and a half with nothing received. If the buyer would like to take a chance, I would oblige. Thanks for the interest. Cheers

Anthony, If it helps, I was honored to have a member in SA send me some badges and although it took a while, they did arrive safe and sound.

On the flip side I had mailed him something around the same time and it has not yet been received???

Terry

Hi Terry. Many thanks for that information. Great to hear items are getting out of SA and arriving at their destination.I know that our big problem is the international mail receiving area in Johannesburg where incoming mail can lay for months . Shall definitely try posting to overseas destinations. Cheers
