Default 2nd Life Guards officers

Hi all ,

Im after opinions on this bullion 2nd life guards badge which has been in my collection for 20 years

It has a Queens Crown which of course would be impossible.
Quality and age just isn’t there either, sorry

Default 2nd life guards

Frank ,

I was led to believe it was a side hat badge to the 2nd Life guards but as Manchesters has said impossible with a QC .
Attached the only reference I could find !!!!

Like I mentioned in previous post this has been in my cavalry collection for 20 years and never come across another example

It is the FSC badge, but it just does not seem to have the quality and age as Simon mentioned. A pic of the reverse may help.

CB,

Trying to understand why it would be an FSC as Simon has mentioned this is impossible as it has a QC .

I’m away at the moment, on my return I will post a reverse picture
