I cannot access your images at the moment however, if you look at my listings above - Ebay "Selected Sellers" there is a good image for comparison. I will look at your images later tonight!

Best regards - Andy

Hi,

Maybe it's the photograph but there appears to be some excess metal between the outer curve of the G in the monogram and the inner circlet in line with the letter T of THE.

In my opinion this curved part of the G should be slightly bevelled giving the appearance of a gap between it and the inner circlet near the T.

What are your concerns with it, as apart from that it looks ok unless someone else can see something suspicious?

Cheers,
Jack

Apart from the blemishes mentioned above the medal looks OK from the images supplied!

What is your reason for the above?

Thank You for reply guys.
I saw that also Andy's example has that excess metal on the G, but his star has a better patina.
Take r.

Magpie told me that my example back has too sharp edges. In the good ones edges are softer.

To be honest I have a bad feeling about mine too...

I don not like its reversed patina...I mean the parts more protected should have more patina, not the contrary...

But any opinion or pictures of good ones are welcome!

You are the one that has to be happy with it, if you don't like it get rid and pick up one that you can live with as they are inexpensive and common.

Cheers,
Jack
