WW1 Royal Marine Artillery?
Gents, is anyone able to pass judgement on the attached for me. Fairly sure its a WW1 era Royal Marine Artillery badge, but no clue as to its authenticity. Can anyone educate me?

I can't vouch for your badge's authenticity. I can merely show you mine, which was bought from "Bill the Badge Man" in Lymington in 1993 under a promise of authenticity! (Comments welcome!)
I note a different number of lugs on the back. Best wishes, Tom PS Apologies for sideways pics. No idea how my camera/PC decide about this. |

Both are genuine RMA cap badges.

Original badge but not cap badge, collar badge. Lugs are east/west on cap badge and north/south on collar badge.

Who was going round checking the orientation of lugs on the thousands of cap and collar badges worn which from the front were identical. Surely just manufacturing differences. regards
