Default Red Cross Field Hospital Badge?

Hi, not exactly military but does anyone know exactly what this badge is? it was made by Amor and I think it may be a WW1 field hospital badge but really grasping at straws as I haven't seen this exact badge before

No idea, haven't seen this one before either.
I'd guess a non-military nurse or red cross fob badge.

If you go to http://www.jkmilitaria.com/Redcross.html and scroll down through the "Sold (Selected) Items" there is a badge that looks very, very much like your badge but I doubt that it would have been made by Amor, as is yours, since it is described as "Polish/Austrian Red Cross 1918 Field Hospital Personel".

Since they were an international organisation is it likely the Red Cross personel in different countries wore similar badges?
