Can someone identify this Canadian Afgan tour patch?

Just to add a bit more:

Roto 0 was actually in Kabul in 2011 and largely comprised of 3 PPCLI. Although there were half a dozen camps in the area from what I remember only those who worked at the NCSE in Camp Phoenix wore this badge (and the QRF located in a different camp), it was rare to see it anywhere else.

I have an identical patch from Roto 1 (Feb-Nov 2012).
