Default 13th Light Railway Operating Company

The Nicholson/Law formation sign charts do no show a formation patch for the 13th Light Railway Operating Company. When the draft CEF chart was circulated circa 1930, the former officer commanding the 13th wrote, questioning why the patch for the 13th was not included, while that for the 58 Broad Guage Railway Operating Coy was. The OC offered to submit a sample which is recorded as having been passed to the Historical Section. The OC indicated the patch had been authorized, but the authorization was in the unit file held in Ottawa. That appears to be the end of the trail.
A long shot, but does anyone have an idea of what the patch may have looked like?
