Suffolk Regiment Badge - real or fake?

Dear all,

Please could someone advise if this Suffolk Regiment Badge is genuine or fake?

In my opinion, it looks fake as the back looks crude and the slider doesn't look correct either.

Any opinions would be much appreciated.
