Default Two Scottish badges

Good evening all,

I have had these Cameronians and Seaforth highlanders badges for some time and have harboured doubts about their authenticity. As still a relative novice when it comes to cap badges I would be grateful for any opinions

best regards, David

Default Hello

Whats this? Another German collector from Scotland jumping ship from WAF! Your badges look good but like yourself I could not make the call.

Hope you are well.

Mike

Hi Mike, Thanks for your good wishes, and the same to yourself. Apart from a WW1 EK 2 that I possess, I generally don't collect german items, the main reason being cost. I think I joined the WAF purely to research a couple of spanish civil war items but only visited the forum a couple of times. Like yourself I for the past couple of years have turned my attention to British cap badges, mainly WW1 era.

best wishes and enjoy the hobby, David
