London Scottish Pipers Question
I have bene looking at what I think is a London Scottish pipers badge, and assume that's what it is due to the red tartan cloth backing. However, in researching London Scottish piper pictures I only see the standard hodden grey.
Did the London Scottish pipers ever wear a red tartan? I would share a picture but it's not mine so don't want to offend anyone. Thanks for any info on this, Terry |

hello Terry,
no mention in "The Uniform of The London Scottish 1859-1959" by J.O. ROBSON. Best regards. Jean-Marie |

The London Scottish never wore a red tartan to my knowledge. Only their famous Hodden Grey.
