The first one is for 3rd Signal Regiment. It was briefly worn (we are talking months) when regiment was changed from being a Div Signal Regt to a Multi-Role Sig Regt and the regt removed the tricorn. The CP decided they needed a badge so designed the 'dead-kiwi' one you have. It was soon replaced by the 11 Sig bde badge and ironically the regt have been re-roled back to supporting HQ 3 Div wearing the tricorn they started off with!

The final badge is Army Welfare Worker - they are part of the Army Welfare Services and come under the AGC (SPS)

Jon,
No 2 is RAF- TAC Ops (Air Traffic Management)
There is a similar patch for Tactical Air Traffic Controllers
No 4 is also RAF - Tactical Armament Sqn (TAS) at RAF Marham.
