Default What is this "Tanks" badge/pin?

I have these two pins/badges. The one on top is sterling silver and I assume is a "sweetheart brooch". The one on the bottom is stamped of out brass sheet metal. Both are ~37mm in length.
Is the brass one a part of military insignia?
It was missing any sort of fastener in the back - only traces of solder.
Thanks!

I will second what Mick says, the tanks crew arm badge is different and does not have the "Tanks" across the bottom and the gun is different as well.

Phil.

Thanks, everyone. I guess there were sweetheart badges/brooches for every budget.
