Default Old Canadian Officers Dress, Red Leaf Wings?

I've never seen this Airborne wings, very small around half the
size of regular wings. Any info would be appreciated, they
look like 70s officer Style?? I found then a few weeks ago at
a surplus Store, paid $10.00cdn. First how do I clean them??
Looks like the Wings that has been Gathering dust for many moons.

Hi Recce, Jo has the answer. Your album is locked which prohibits others from seeing it.

It is very difficult to date bullion wire wings. As they were private purchase, and made by several firms or embroiderers there is very little recorded about them. They are still making bullion wire wings.
